Information we receive
The enquiry form asks for your organisation and country, contact name and email address, enquiry type, and learning objectives or enquiry details. Estimated participant numbers and preferred dates are optional. Email enquiries include your email address, message and any attachments you send. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry and do not include identity documents, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable learning or mobility arrangements and manage related correspondence. For representatives contacting us on behalf of an organisation, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries and discussing cooperation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We limit the requested information to what is needed for that correspondence. If you personally request necessary steps before entering a contract with us, Article 6(1)(b) applies to those steps. Later project or contractual records are handled under the applicable arrangements for that activity.
Required fields enable us to understand your request and reply. If necessary information is missing, we may be unable to answer meaningfully. This enquiry form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or give consent for unrelated marketing.
Access and service providers
Anthony Briffa is the designated company handler. The website is hosted by Netsons s.r.l. and form notifications are sent to antbrif@gmail.com using Gmail, a Google service. These service providers process information involved in hosting the website and delivering correspondence. WPForms Lite is used for the form; entry backups through Lite Connect are disabled and form entries are not retained in the WordPress entries database.
Google describes international processing in its Privacy Policy. Its published data-transfer framework information explains reliance on adequacy mechanisms, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Retention
Enquiries closed without leading to a project or contract are retained for six months after closure, then deleted manually by Anthony Briffa. Ongoing enquiries are retained while discussions continue. Necessary records of an agreed project or contract are kept separately under the applicable project and legal requirements.
This six-month period applies to enquiry correspondence under our control. Provider recovery copies and backups can follow separate service retention arrangements; it is not a promise that every backup is erased on the same day. Contact us for questions about deletion or a particular copy.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Portability applies when its legal conditions are met, including automated processing based on consent or contract.
Write to antbrif@gmail.com. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month, subject to lawful extensions. Where a separate activity relies on consent, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner or another competent supervisory authority.
Website resources and technical information
Some pages load illustrative images from Unsplash and fonts from Google Fonts. These requests disclose connection information, such as your IP address, to the provider. The enquiry form uses local anti-spam checks and a minimum submission time. No external CAPTCHA has been added to this form. WPForms Lite does not use its user tracking cookies or collect the additional IP-address and user-agent details described for its paid versions. WordPress may use technical browser storage for site functions and signed-in administration. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings; disabling necessary functions may affect use of the website.
